Boil 100-gram pasta according to packet instructions. Chop carrots, red onion, and green onion, eggplant, and thyme leaves. Roast them in a clean pan with 1 tbsp olive oil. Add balsamic vinegar, lemon juice, red chili flakes, a pinch of black pepper and salt, and sauté them along with vegetables. Now mix this vegetable batter with pasta, and you are good to go to eat it.

Chimichurri Cauliflower Steaks

It is the best dinner alternative. Cut cauliflower into two pieces. Mix cumin with 1 tbsp of Canola oil. Splash all over cauliflower slices. Sprinkle some salt over it. Let it cook for 3 minutes. Use a spate bowl, mix cilantro, parsley, vinegar, garlic, jalapeño, remaining 2 tbsp. Oil and a pinch of salt. Spoon herb sauce onto finished “steaks.”

Downward-Facing Dog

It is somehow similar to dolphin pose but with few differences. In this pose, only the hands are on the ground with feet and arms are in the air. The knees are not locked and are straight.
